Before forming The J. Benjamin Group, members worked with Saint Thomas Health to help the system solidify its position in Middle Tennessee as the premiere healthcare provider for the region.
What was discovered was typical healthcare advertising had become stale, and consumers could rarely distinguish attributes between providers. As a result, STH needed to make a bold statement of who it was as an organization first before anyone could believe statements about quality of care, technology, service lines, etc.
The point of relevance was found in its origins as a faith-based provider. The system held a philosophy that better care was driven by faith. And this philosophy meant that, with God and each other, they believed “Nothing Shall Be Impossible.”
